You can find source language dictionaries by opening "Download/install resources" from the main menu. If you want to see just the dictionaries, uncheck the other buttons for Resources, Enhanced Resources, Source Language Texts, etc.
The Paratext installer no longer installs as many dictionaries as it used to. But all the dictionaries can be found and downloaded from Download/Install Resources. The Key Terms of the Old Testament, that you used to have to download separately, is now available from Download/Install Resources as well.
