To search Aramaic terms in PT, I need ARASEARCH\ARALEMMA.DB, which is missing. How can I get this file and install it?

The error message is incorrect. There is a bug in Paratext that was introduced when we added the OHEB/OGRK resources and had to change how some of the dialogs work.

I'll create a bug report for this.
