One of the teams is wondering if there is an automated way to remove the old renderings from te Biblical terms.

Your question is a little unclear about exactly what you're trying to remove.

If you mean, "we'd like to get rid of the Guessed renderings", then that's possible.
Biblical Terms tool > Menu > Tools > Clear guessed renderings

But my guess is that what you actually mean is, "we've added approved words to the Renderings area in the past, then changed that word in our text, and we'd like the word to be deleted from the Rendering window". That's not possible... and quite intentionally so.

In that situation PT doesn't know if you intended to remove the word as a possible rendering, or if it happened by mistake (a spelling change, someone on the team doing an unapproved find/replace, etc). Or maybe you've early in drafting and have approved something in the Rendering area as possible, but not actually ever used it yet.

What can hover your mouse cursor over the "rendering" area when you're looking at your Biblical Terms list, and it will give you a count of how many times words show up. Sadly, to the best of my knowledge it won't give 0-counts for words that aren't used, nor will it create a list of those results... you have to hover one at a time. A report listing 0-counts would actually be quite helpful, but I think that would require some work on the PT development side of things.

Yes, that was exactly what I meant. Thank you very much for your complete explanation.
