If you get a message that says that your registration code is invalid or out-of-date, you need to get a new Paratext registration code, and enter it in Paratext.

Get a new code from the Paratext Registry
  1. Go to the Paratext Registry at https://registry.paratext.org/signin
  2. Sign in to your Google account.
  3. At the upper right of the registry, click your name, and select Registration.
  4. In the dialog that appears, click Generate.
Enter the new Registration Code in Paratext
  1. Copy the Registration Code from the e-mail you received from [Email Removed].
  2. If Paratext is not already open, open it.
  3. From the Tools menu, select Registration Information.
  4. Delete the old Registration Code, and paste the new Registration Code you copied from step 1.
  5. Fill in your Registration Name, Your Email Address, and Supporter Name if that information is not already present.
  6. Click OK.

If the message re-appears, contact your Paratext support person for help.

:checkicon: Two of the messages that might appear are:

  • Access to the Paratext Registry was blocked because your registration code is invalid or out-of-date.
  • Access to the Digital Bible Library was blocked because your Paratext registration code is invalid or out-of-date.
