I have a problem again with signing in to Paratext. I purchased a new computer, and when I try to download pretext 8, I keep getting a message that the password I enter is not valid. A few times now I have request a new password to be sent to my email, but it has not arrived. I am wondering if it is not being sent to my old email address.
Can you help me, please?

I’m not sure I’m quite understanding where you are having a problem. To download Paratext 8.0, it does not require a username/password (see here).
Sorry, I meant when I want sign in to Paratext.
