Start 1st Chapter on a New Page not working

It seems that the "Start 1st Chapter on a New Page" option is not working in PTXPrint 2.7.6. If I select "All Chapters" ... I'm missing? Chapter 1 is marked with \c 1 in Paratext.

We are typesetting a diglot project using PTXPrint, and the primary project has book introductions but the secondary ... full-width mode and back again? Or other suggestions?

Send/Receive says changes made when none made

Very often (but not always, it seems), when a person with consultant/typesetter role looks at any of the project ... and dates offlist if that would help diagnose the problem.
