I'm having pretty good success using this command to prevent breaks before a specific marker (e.g. to always keep a ... to help: \setbetweenhook{pc}{p}{\nobreak} Any suggestions?

For recording I would like to hand out each reader their chapter(s) to read on separate pages, in such a way that ... I would find that very helpful! Thanks for any help! Roland

Start 1st Chapter on a New Page not working
It seems that the "Start 1st Chapter on a New Page" option is not working in PTXPrint 2.7.6. If I select "All Chapters" ... I'm missing? Chapter 1 is marked with \c 1 in Paratext.
