We have a Bible module containing scripture portions, which has sections separated by \pb page breaks. The page just before ... can I find the setting to stop PTXPrint doing this?

I'm having pretty good success using this command to prevent breaks before a specific marker (e.g. to always keep a ... to help: \setbetweenhook{pc}{p}{\nobreak} Any suggestions?

Start 1st Chapter on a New Page not working
It seems that the "Start 1st Chapter on a New Page" option is not working in PTXPrint 2.7.6. If I select "All Chapters" ... I'm missing? Chapter 1 is marked with \c 1 in Paratext.
