變更專案的管轄機構（Managing Organisation）或版權持有者（Rightsholder）的流程是什麼？我們正在將專案移轉給新的領導團隊，並將專案的版權指派給新的差會。從 Paratext 專案的角度來看，是否有可能讓專案大致保持原狀，僅變更管轄機構？

How does one edit the Rightsholders information on the list of projects on registry.paratext.org? I can add or remove ... how that will continue to work when we upgrade to 8.
