Как изменить Управляющую организацию для проекта

Каков процесс изменения Управляющей организации (Managing Organisation) или Правообладателя (Rightsholder) для проекта? ... без изменений и просто изменить Управляющую организацию?

How does one edit the Rightsholders information on the list of projects on registry.paratext.org? I can add or remove ... how that will continue to work when we upgrade to 8.
