Biblical Terms Renderings Window Greyed out

I’m going through the training for using the Biblical terms renderings window part of the window is greyed out and I can’t do anything with it. Anybody any ideas?

Send/Receive to USB is grayed out, despite having an SD card mounted in an internal SD card reader. I know this worked ... 't. Using PT 9.0.100.10199 for Linux. Help appreciated!

In find/replace in my project, the option to uncheck match/replace is grayed out so I have to do find/replace twice ... something? I can't find a way to make this usable.
