搜尋功能無法找到搜尋詞的所有出現位置

最近，搜尋（Ctrl-F）和取代（Ctrl-H）功能無法找到搜尋詞的所有出現位置。這與範圍設定（章節、書卷、全部）無關，即使在選定的範圍內也是如此。（PT 9.2.102.13）
