搜索功能未能找到搜索词的所有出现位置

最近，搜索（ctrl-F）和替换（ctrl-H）功能无法找到搜索词的所有出现位置。这与范围设置（章节、书卷、全部）无关，即使在选定的范围内也是如此。（PT 9.2.102.13）
