回译项目在设置时未能注册

之前在使用 v7 版本时，曾使用 KBT / kwaBT 命名方式设置了一个回译项目它被用作 Kwangwa / siKwangwa 项目的回译在设置 KBT 时，错误地将其基于 NIV84 ' 而非 Kwanqwa' 进行设置（见附件文 ... Based On'（基于）字段为空且被禁用（见附件）由于该项目未注册，因此无法编辑其注册信息

Attaching notes

When a note is attached to a word that is later deleted, the note loses its footing. In Paratext 9.0.103.1 (and ... ? One can reattach a word, but that is not helpful either.
