I added a few new PT users today and added them to a project. However, when I set up PT on their computer, the project list is empty. (In case someone “on the inside” reads this: the project name is CAL, visibility for the project is set to Standard.)
The only way I could get the project to them was on a thumbdrive. The problem is: how will they Send & Receive to the internet? Could this be a temporary issue, as they were only authorized as PT users a couple of hours ago?

Check their registrations to make sure they are using the latest codes. If they only recently were approved it might be that they need to update the codes.
