截圖會很有幫助，但僅根據描述推測，她看到的是 Paratext 8.0 的版面配置，我們不允許透過 PT9 刪除它們。

不幸的是，她必須手動從 _WindowCollections 目錄中刪除它們（舊的檔案將具有 .ptwc 副檔名，而非 .ptwc2 副檔名）。請注意，刪除它們將是永久性的，因此最好將它們移至其他位置，確認這解決了問題，然後再將她需要的檔案移回。

One reason that you cannot link your project to an enhanced resource could be because the project is not open. Only open projects can be linked to enhanced resources.

您好， 我最近重新格式化硬碟並升級到 Windows 11 後，重新安裝了 Paratext 在載入已儲存的版面配置時，系統提示我下載一些缺失的資源 問題在於其中一些資源其實已經安裝好了，但不知為何系統無法識別它們 我原本在筆記型 ... 重新建立版面配置然後覆蓋它，還是有更簡單的方法？ 另外，KJVAM 是 KJVA 的替代品嗎？兩者有什麼差別？ 謝謝！

我使用現有的註冊資訊，在另一台電腦上安裝了 Paratext。我發現它安裝了我部分已儲存的版面，但並非全部。此外，它還包含了一些我很久以前就已刪除的已儲存版面。我想這是否意味著安裝過程使用的是過期的使用者設定檔？ 有沒有辦法更新使用者設定檔，以便在另一台電腦上安裝 PT 時，使用最新的偏好設定和配置？
