Scrolling issue with Logos

Any recent thoughts/suggestions regarding issues with Paratext 9.2 scrolling with Logos?

Paratext 9 lately is not scrolling with Logos. I’ve tried checking and unchecking the “scroll with compatible apps” box and re-starting; ‘priming the pump’ in Logos by entering the PT verse. Sometimes, scrolling would be re-instated after an update. Both PT and Logos are updated. This has been going on for several weeks now. Thanks for your help!

Or would previous methods of trying to fix it maybe help? If so, could somebody please suggest which ones? There’s a number of older posts and I don’t know if they work or not.

I did have problems trying to get the scrolling to work. What finally did work for me (not sure if it is consistent) was:

1. Start Logos and set the link set to the proper set (usually A)
2. Start Paratext and make sure it is set to Scroll Scripture with any compatible applications (Paratext menu > Paratext settings):

3. In Logos change the book (Paratext scrolled with Logos)
4. Change the book in Paratext (Logos scrolled)

This is the scroll setting you’re referring to, right?

Under Paratext menu > Paratext settings
