The project plan is an ordered collection of stages, tasks and automated checks that a translation team needs to follow. Each stage contains multiple tasks that team members must complete. A stage may also include automated checks that Paratext does in the background.

Some users have noticed more conflicts now that they are using a project plan. The most likely cause of this is that ... translator B before she makes any edits in that same verse.
