  1. Do any or all of the following to enter or edit progress settings for a project.
  2. From the Project menu, select Project Plan....
  3. At the upper right of the dialog, while holding down the shift key, select Manage plans....
  4. At the lower left of the Current Plan side of the dialog, select Save as a base plan.
  5. In the "Plan Name" box, enter a name for the plan, and click OK.
  6. Click OK to close the Manage Plans dialog.
  7. Click OK to close the Project Plan dialog.

:checkicon: The resulting base plan is put in the “My Paratext 8 Projects/_StandardPlans” folder.
If you want to send this base plan to other users, those users should put it in the same folder on their individual computers.
