MTT drafted Gen 8 last week and did successful S/R on Friday.
Today (monday) his laptop still shows successful S/R of drafted Gen 8.
Today we have tried 4 other laptops with access to project and all can do successful S/R but all show an empty Chap 8. (Proj; GHKHAM) Including my own laptop.

One thing to try: Double check the MTT’s send/receive location. Something that I’ve seen before is the translators have internet problems, so “Internet Server” is grayed out and they end up send/receiving to a local folder (i.e. the translator’s desktop) rather than the internet server.
