@james_post as far as I can tell I did nothing other than check up on it. I think it is a timing kind of thing. For instance, when I promote alpha versions to beta versions in the Play Store, it takes time, and it is not a consistent amount of time that it takes. The same goes for promotions to full release when Tom does that.
