@james_post so, I looked on the Google Play Console, and I see no way of me doing anything with signups for Beta. Hmmm. Is this the link you used link from Android, or this link to join from the web?

@anon089134 I went straight to the Google Play Store on Android. Interestingly, it now says I’m a beta tester. Maybe it just needed a little longer, or maybe you checking fixed it?

@anon089134 Do you know how long it might take to be approved for the beta? I clicked Join under “Join the Beta”, but it’s been telling me “Beta signup in progress. It takes a few minutes.” for a while now.

@james_post as far as I can tell I did nothing other than check up on it. I think it is a timing kind of thing. For instance, when I promote alpha versions to beta versions in the Play Store, it takes time, and it is not a consistent amount of time that it takes. The same goes for promotions to full release when Tom does that.
