I wonder if you could use the Adapt It - Paratext Collaboration feature to help get you part of the way there: https://adapt-it.org/Help_for_Administrators.htm#Automatically.
I believe this would allow you to synchronize the adaptation in Adapt It to a project in Paratext, which could then be shared. Is the Source project already in Paratext?
If the Consultant just wants a Back Translation (from the Adaptation), then you’re basically there.
However, if they want the Interlinearizer too, you could use feed those Source and Adaptation projects in Paratext into the Interlinearizer. This would give the Interlinearizer a good head-start for figuring our parsing, etc. From there, depending on the complexity of the adaptation, it might just be a case of approving whole verses in the Interlinearizer (without exporting).
There may be a better way, but I wanted to throw that suggestion out there.
