I have a project which employs endnotes instead of footnotes (\fe … \fe*, not \f … \f*). I see their callers in the text (blue letters a, b, c) but when I tap on them the content does not appear at the bottom of the screen like it does for the footnotes in other projects.

Update: After testing this I found that they work for me.

Could you do a Main Menu -> More -> Submit feedback?

I tried to replicate this problem today, but it didn’t occur - the \fe are now displaying correctly. It looks as though this was a temporary glitch.

Well, I encountered this problem again. I have the same project (EKUU) open in different “windows” (A and B). For some reason, I was not able to open the footnotes in B window (Psalms), while those in A window (Mark) I was still able to open. I was unable to tap and open the note “a” in verse 17 in the attached screenshot. When I closed the project in window B and opened it again, it started to work normally. But obviously this problem keeps occurring.

Hello, thank you for reporting your issue. I thought I’d check with your exact project, but I don’t believe I have access to that as a resource from the DBL. I simply tested it with a translation which has study notes including footnotes.

The lead developer has already put this issue on a list to investigate what is causing this behaviour.

In the meantime, we just released version 9.0.7 yesterday, you might want to check that out. By your screenshot it looks like you are using PTLite on a phone; we have been working hard at improving how it works on a phone.

Have a blessed day,
