Some users only ever use the “quick” S/R, i.e. the one accessible from the toolbar button. If they do this, they will never be informed that someone has shared a new project with them. Maybe the Quick S/R could pop up a warning box if there’s a new project for them to S/R?

This discussion group is a reasonable place to ask for input from other supporters on a proposed feature. If you decide there is sufficient interest to justify making this a feature request please send it to [Email Removed] so it can be included in the prioritization process.

OK, anyone want to comment before I submit it?

Actually anyone with a small screen or a sufficiently long list of projects on their computer may easily miss new projects that appear at the end of the list. So I wonder whether a bigger rethink of the S/R UX could incorporate this.

Yes, on Friday I was about to write to someone, saying Why didn’t you share the project you promised?, and then I thought to look at the bottom of the list – and, lo and behold, there it was.

Maybe PT8 is better, but no-one’s sharing new projects with me there yet.
