A user saw a potential problem in Paratext. When he would open a note from the flag in the text and make a comment on it, more than once he clicked the Resolve button by accident and was started that the note vanished from view. Has this happened to others?

Here is one suggestion for finding a note if you accidentally resolve it – if you open the Notes list, one of the built in filters is “recently resolved”. That will show the one you just resolved and you can quickly unresolve it.

If you use the notes list for working through notes, clicking “resolve” won’t make a note disappear from the list, even if the filter is set to “unresolved”. Its flag changes color but it stays in the list as long as you don’t close the list.

The flags do not mark all notes but only those that are unresolved. When he resolved the note, the flag disappeared. He needs to open the notes list, select that note, and unresolve it.
