:checkicon: Include a check in the earliest stage where you want the check to be run. It will automatically be done in all following stages.

The following are the checks that can be included in a stage of project progress. The checks are listed as they appear in the Project Plan dialog.

    Spelling
  • Unknown spelling status
Opens and filters the Wordlist to display only words whose spelling status is Unknown.
  • Incorrect spelling status
Opens and filters the Wordlist to display only words whose spelling status is Incorrect.
    Unresolved Notes
  • Project (To Do)
Opens and filters the notes list window to display only notes with the To Do tag that have not been resolved.
  • Project (Additional note tags)
If you have created additional note tags for your project, the names of those tags are listed between "Project (To Do)" notes and "Project (Conflict)" notes and appear in the same order as they appear on the Notes tab of Project Properties and Settings.
See [How do I create additional note tags for a project?](http://support.paratext.org/t/how-do-i-create-additional-note-tags-for-a-project/373)
When you click an additional note tag in a stage of project progress, the notes list window opens and filters the notes to display only notes with the additional note tag that have not been resolved.
  • Project (Conflict)
Opens and filters the notes list window to display only merge conflict notes that have not been resolved.
  • If a project has one or more back translations, beginning here, checks for unresolved notes in the back translation project(s) will be listed in the same order. For example, if a project has two back translation projects (with project short names BT1 and BT2), the order of the checks will be: Project (To Do - BT1); Project (Conflict - BT1); Project (To Do - BT2); and Project (Conflict - BT2). If either back translation project has additional note tags, there will be a check for them between the "To Do" notes and the "Conflict" notes. The description of the checks for these unresolved back translation notes is the same as above except that "notes", "tags", and "project" refer to a back translation project and items in a back translation project.
  • Spelling Discussion Notes
Opens and filters the Wordlist to display only words with a spelling discussion note that has not been resolved.
  • Rendering Discussion Notes
Opens and filters the Biblical Terms tool to display only terms that have a rendering discussion note that has not been resolved.
    Other
  • Parallel Passages
Opens and filters the parallel passages tool to display only passages that have not been checked.
  • Interlinear glosses approved
Opens the interlinearizer to a verse (if any) where glosses are not approved. (Glosses are approved when all the glosses are black).
  • Biblical Terms renderings found
Opens and filters the Biblical Terms tool to display only terms that are missing renderings.
    Back Translation, Daughter Translation
  • Missing Verses (XYZ)
Checks for duplicate or invalid chapter or verse numbers in back translation or daughter translation project XYZ. It also checks that all chapters and verses defined in the versification or custom versification for the project on which project XYZ is based are present in the text of project XYZ.
  • Out of Date Verses (XYZ)
This check is for the Back Translation only.
Checks in the project on which back translation project XYZ is based for verses that have been changed since the verses were marked as finished in back translation project XYZ. It also lists verses that have not yet been back translated. There is not a check for out of date verses in a daughter translation.

To include any of these checks in a stage of project progress, select Project Plan from the Project menu, click the Checks tab, and select the stage name from the drop-down list to the right of the check.
(For a check that you do not want to include in a stage of project progress, select *None* from the drop-down list.)
