Paratext 8 Instal terminates

am into problems installing Paratext 8 on my windows PC. I wonder if you are able to help?

Paratext (of any version) has not been installed on this machine before.

I downloaded the installation file from the Paratext website. Installation proceeds as normal until I get the messages in the attached screenshots.

There is a second log file that contains the details about what happened:
C:\Users\Joe\AppData\Local\Temp\Paratext_8.0.100_20190327122051_000_PtMsiPack.log

This file is larger, so rather than sending it to the list, just send it to my personal email: [Email Removed]
