To reset my project, I deleted my project from the server, and made it again.
After that, I realized the status of ‘Publisher Edition’ has gone.
What do I need to do?

You will need to wait some number of weeks until the review period for the new project registration has elapsed and no concerns have been filed with the Board of Governors. This is what eventually happened the first time you registered the project. On the “Registration” tab you can see the current status of the review.

In the future, to avoid this, don’t delete the registration when you delete the project. In the vast majority, you can simply keep the existing registration.
