Project Plan Checking off chapters consultant checked

I'm using Paratext 9 and the new SIL Project Plan. We have Luke 1-18 consultant checked but I can't check them off ... this a glitch in the plan or could I be missing something?

Is it possible to turn off hyphenation altogether in Paratext 7.5 and or 8

We have a language that is sesquisyllabic and would like to have hyphenation turned off. Is that possible? We are ... of a hyphenation point. Any help would be appreciated.
