Registered project shows as unregistered

I have a registered project that shows as unregistered in Paratext 8 How do I correct that so that it is properly migrated? I no longer have a migration popup to use only a registration button.

Assuming that the project is really registered, if you go to Project > Project Properties and Settings it should contact the Registry and just “realize” that the project is registered, and everything should work.

Why can I send/receive some of my unregistered Paratext projects to a USB drive, but not others?

At some point I've created and registered a Test and Training project. It was never Sent/Recieved. I think that ... should I just delete the registered project and re create it?
