One of my projects produces the following error when trying to migrate it to PT8:

The upgrade for project DWW failed and the partial update was deleted.
Reason for failure:
pattern

Does anyone know what might be causing this and how I can resolve it?
Thanks

This means that some unexpected problem happened - not enough detail to
guess what caused it.

Best thing to do is use Help > Report a Problem because that will include a
log with more details.

I contacted Help and Phil was able to solve my problem. In case someone encounters the same problem I did, here is what fixed it:

It turned out that I had unnecessary characters in the Word-medial punctuation field and I also had a colon in the verse segment field. After removing those, my project migrated without a hitch.
