Thank you very much for your hard work and dedication. I would like to express deep respect for your service.
I have been thinking about the following translation pipeline and would be very grateful for any comments regarding potential problems or areas to improve consistency, accuracy and speed while progressively improving the translation, dictionary, and grammar resources.
Translation Pipeline Example
1. Use Scripture Forge to generate an initial draft translation.
2. Provide the draft translation, together with the available dictionary and grammar-rule database, to an AI agent (e.g., Aquilla, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or other suitable tools).
3. Work through several dozen sentences, revising them with the AI agent. Once the revisions have been reviewed and finalized by a human, communicate the approved translations to the AI agent.
4. Based on the approved translations, have the AI agent propose updates to the dictionary and grammar-rule database.
5. Have the AI agent revise the next several dozen sentences. It may also be useful to ask the agent to review its own revisions several times for consistency and potential errors.
6. Human translator reviews the updated dictionary, grammar rules, and revised translations. Make any necessary corrections, finalize the translations, and communicate the approved results to the AI agent.
7. Repeat Steps 4–6 until the translation work is complete.
8. Have the AI agent convert the finalized content and associated symbols into formats compatible with Paratext or other relevant tools, and import the results into Paratext for final review and approval. The dictionary and grammar resource would also be developed and refined.
