I asked Claude.ai to create a spreadsheet of linkages between the Hebrew and Greek. Claude did this based on Strong's numbers and the LXX. There are two files that were created. The raw list has over 31,000 words and has lots of low percentage linkages. The filtered list includes linkages for terms that have 4 or more links and better than 25% for either the Hebrew or Greek side.

The tool includes this instruction:
Checking which word classes count as function words.
Checking which word classes count as function words.
function_word_pair is yes when at least one word in the pair is a function word, and no when both are content words (nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs). I added it so you could filter out the grammatical pairs, such as וְ↔καί or the pronoun suffixes.
- Hebrew side: the word counts as a function word if its part of speech (from MACULA Hebrew) is preposition, particle (which includes the article), conjunction, pronominal suffix or pronoun.
- Greek side: it counts as a function word if its NT class (from SBLGNT) is article, conjunction, pronoun, preposition or particle.
- Gap: Greek words that never occur in the NT have no class on record, so they are treated as content words.
The “yes” rows also include the likely alignment slippage, such as a Hebrew suffix paired with a Greek noun like ἁμαρτία. In the full file the “no” rows come first and the “yes” rows are at the end. In hebrew_greek_pairs_filtered.csv the column is still there, and 332 of its 4,059 rows are “yes”.
You can download either the raw or filtered .csv file from this site.
