Since I changed to PT9.5, when I run basic checks I'm getting lots of new error messages about white spaces even though the white space and invisible characters function is not activated in the project and even though the white spaces are absolutely correct for this project. How do I stop prevent these meassages? There are lots of them so I don't want to simply reject them all.

Further clarification: These all seem to be in references. The project's Scripture refs. settings states there should be a "Simple space" before a book ref. These messages have never appaeared in the past.

Yes, even though you are not activating the Whitespace option, you need to open the Scripture Reference Settings and click OK to close them. I'm not really sure what triggers the fix, but my experience is that opening the settings and clicking OK seems to fix this issue. You might need to click on the option for Simple space as well.
