Problem with new project registration - Registry cites {name}

I have a user who wanted to create a new project to test the interlinear without changing his main project. He created the project in Paratext, but when he clicks on the registration button (in the project properties), it takes him online to the Paratexxt registry and gives him this message (translated from French, so maybe not identical to what it would be in English): "This registration request was initiated by {name}, but you are logged in under a different name. Please log in as {name} and try again."  The Paratext registration and the Registry login seem to be identical, with the same name and email address. Any idea of what the problem might be?

The answer seems to be that there are two different Paratext registry accounts, one that is used to log in to Paratext (which doesn't have an email address associated with it), and one that has an email address. When you try to register a project, it takes you to the registry account with the email address, which is not the same as the Paratext registration, so the mismatch causes it to fail.
