Is there a delay between registering a user for Paratext and seeing them in Paratext Registry?

I was trying to conduct a usability test today, and I was unable to complete it because the user didn't yet have access to any Projects. Even though I had access to a project, I couldn't give her access because I couldn't find her in the registry.

One of the issues that I have encountered is that after I make a change to the registry, I usually must refresh the view to get the change to appear. Try clicking on the Chrome refresh page icon to see if the change appears.

This has been reported, but someone suggested it could be a Google cache issue.
