When my translator and I are working in a live session, he keeps being disconnected from the live session. We have tried using the secondary server and even tried having the translator start the live session but typically it is he who is kicked out/disconnected from the live session. He is accessing the internet using a Starlink unit could that be causing the issues we are having?

Hola.

I don't think it's specifically because of the Starlink connection, I use it too.

Paratext Life will cut out if the connection is lost. It would be worth knowing if he has problems with other types of situations that need constant connection, such as video calls. If he feels that, for example, video calls are constantly cutting out, even if it is only for an instant but it does happen repeatedly, then yes you can think about the connection and check it.

I think that only in case he does not have any problems with other types of connections would it be worth checking Paratext.

Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.
