There are a few rather limited options, but hopefully enough to do what you need to do:

And it might also be possible to alter the space before and after the \fig style -- although I haven't tried that to see what it does (quite possibly nothing...)

Is there a way to add and view notes in this platform, similar to how it's done in Paratext? I haven’t been able to find that functionality.

In Paratext, I have several projects and resources selected in the dropdown box (next to the controls for selecting the ... , which is why grouping them would make things easier.

When setting up an Arabic orthography document, it appears that I need to apply digit mapping to all applicable styles one- ... to the document globally, i.e. to all styles?
