Where to start a new book option in Page Layout?

This option in Advanced/Page Layout and Spacing seems not work correctly.

That's odd! I've confirmed the buggy behaviour. The code reaches the place that it should eject, but it doesn't actually do it. More digging needed....

It seems that the "Start 1st Chapter on a New Page" option is not working in PTXPrint 2.7.6. If I select "All Chapters" ... I'm missing? Chapter 1 is marked with \c 1 in Paratext.
