Une autre idée qui m'est venue est que nous avons deux réseaux wifi différents là où cet utilisateur se connecte, et qu'il n'est peut-être pas connecté au réseau que nous utilisons pour PTLite. Je sais qu'il n'a pas accès à Internet sur l'autre réseau.

Okay, thanks anon848905! I’ll try these ideas. Another one I thought of is that we have two different wifi networks where this user is connecting, and maybe he’s not logged into the network that we use for PTLite. I know he doesn’t have internet access on the other network.
