I have a teammate who is trying to complete an internet s/r with PTLite on his tablet, and no projects come up in the list. He sent me this picture…

Some things to check with nothing shows up on the S/R

  • Is the correct user logged on to the device
  • Does the device have Internet connection
  • Is the user a member of a project (I just had a situation where the user had not yet been added)
  • Is there an Anti-virus program or Firewall blocking access for S/R
  • Has the device been restarted (sometimes it helps)

Okay, thanks anon848905! I’ll try these ideas. Another one I thought of is that we have two different wifi networks where this user is connecting, and maybe he’s not logged into the network that we use for PTLite. I know he doesn’t have internet access on the other network.
Thanks,
Ben
