Broken Patch link on Paratext.org [Resolved]

This link on Paratext.org leads to a 404 error (and a peaceful Bible verse).

Paratext Update gets it from http://update.ubs-icap.org/Paratext/patch_9.3.103.5.msp (which works)

Paratext.org tries to get it from https://paratext.org/files/releases/9.3/patch_9.3.103.5.msp which doesn’t work.

Actually the “update.ubs-icap.org” link is not working now either.

The link should work if it is https instead of http. Note that it should immediately try to save the patch.
