Actually the “update.ubs-icap.org” link is not working now either.
The link should work if it is https instead of http. Note that it should immediately try to save the patch. https://update.ubs-icap.org/Paratext/patch_9.3.103.5.msp
The link on the Paratext download page is working again now.
