Paratext Live 即使在本地伺服器上，也需要存取網際網路嗎？

我們有一個團隊一直在嘗試在本地伺服器上使用 Paratext Live，但發現這很困難他們使用的是 Paratext 9.3.103 他們所在地區的網際網路不穩定，這就是他們嘗試使用本地伺服器的原因，但連線不斷中斷我以前從未使 ... ，PTx Live 就停止運作了有沒有辦法讓 PTx Live 在網際網路中斷或停機幾天時，繼續使用本地伺服器運作？

有辦法變更 Send/Receive 的逾時延遲嗎？

我們使用的是非常緩慢（基於衛星）的連線，且上傳頻寬極低（約 750kbps，供 20-30 人使用）我已將流量優先級設定為 Paratext Send/Receiver 伺服器（archives.paratext.org），但即使我能確認已與伺服器建立連線 ... 或能夠從伺服器端延長該逾時時間？我也歡迎在防火牆層面的其他建議，但這可能有點離題了
