Can shortcuts be localized?
Is it possible to change shortcut keys and/or modifiers? Hypothetically: Ctrl + AltGr + Š (Štampaj...) for Ctrl ... or book], Print Wordlist, Print the Biblical Terms list)

Where to put localization file
Last year I did extensive work on the Indonesian localization file, but never submitted it to the Paratext developers ... to the latter location? Or will that break something?
