專案未使用引號標記，DBL 上傳被拒

大家好
我正在協助一個團隊將他們的專案上傳到 DBL。我們終於解決了所有基本檢查（Basic Checks）中的錯誤。該語言不使用引號標記，因此專案中所有的引號規則都設為「無」（none）。
執行基本檢查時，沒有錯誤，但出現了一個警告：

專案中未使用引號標點符號……

當我嘗試上傳到 DBL 時（我對我們組織擁有管理員權限），錯誤檢查顯示：
請在「所有書卷」（All Books）中執行以下檢查（位於「工具」>「執行基本檢查……」下）
• 引號（Quotations）

我該如何覆蓋此設定？

Cannot upload a bundle into DBL

When trying to upload a bundle from PT 8.0.100.62 to DBL the process is stopped at Pushing to DBL: Asking DBL to ... this today. What might be the problem or how to bypass it?

How can I see if a project has been uploaded to the DBL?

You must have a role on the project to be able to see if it has been uploaded to the DBL. You can see whether ... column. See also: What is DBL (the Digital Bible Library)?

ParaTExt won't upload to DBL because of an GBC issue

Does anybody else have this issue? When I Login inside Create DBL Text Bundle, I get an error: Could not query ... happening with all 5 of our projects. Any ideas or experiences?

T4T 無法再從 DBL 下載

在 Paratext 9.2 中，我的 T4T 資源消失了，而且我也無法再從 DBL 下載它。我看到那裡有美國版本，但沒有可供勾選下載的選項。有什麼建議嗎？
