Unable to log in to DBL to upload the project

Question

When I try to login inside Create DBL Text Bundle, I get error messages.
First, a window flashes briefly, and I only have time to read in Finnish “The requested page cannot be accessed.”

Then a window appeared, reading:
Log to The Digital Bible Library
Pretty-print □
{"access_token": "eyJraWQi….. (This text, consisting of letters and numbers, continued for several lines.)

I get following error messages:

Invalid rendering cannot be added: Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: ♦. Path ¨, line 0, position 0.

Invalid rendering cannot be added: Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: R. Path ¨, line 0, position 0.

Invalid rendering cannot be added: Class not registered
Class not registered. (I translated this error message from Finnish.)

Invalid rendering cannot be added: Exception from HRESULT:
0xFFFF8300 (I translated this error message from Finnish.)

My Paratext version is 9.5.110.9.
I didn't have this kind of problems uploading projects to DBL before.

We have created a patch that will fix this, but it is not being sent out as an automatic update yet.

You can download the patch using this link:

You install the patch by double-clicking on the downloaded file. The file is about 20M.

NOTE: you may still see a warning message display briefly in the login form, but the login will still complete.

This is a known issue and the developers are working on an update. Hopefully this will be released soon.
