Project has no quotation marking, rejected for DBL upload

Hi all
I’m helping a team upload their project to the DBL. We’ve finally ironed out all of their errors on the basic checks. The language does not mark quotation, so all in the project quotation rules it has ‘none’ everywhere.
When run basic checks, there are no errors, but it gives one warning:

Quotation punctuation is not used in the project …

When I try to upload to the DBL (I have admin access for our organisation), the error check says:
Please run the following checks in All Books (under Tools > Run basic checks…)
• Quotations

How do I override this?

When uploading try unchecking Multi-voice audio recording (Gyssen)
