मुझे यह जानकारी नहीं मिल रही है कि प्रोजेक्ट में किस स्तर के उपयोगकर्ता को इतिहास में एक बिंदु को चिह्नित करने की अनुमति है। स्पष्ट रूप से, एक एडमिन (Admin) इसे कर सकता है और मैं मानता हूँ कि एक ऑब्ज़र्वर (Observer) नहीं कर सकता। क्या एक कंसल्टेंट (Consultant) कर सकता है? क्या एक अनुवादक (translator) कर सकता है?
