Hi!
My organization has a project in paratext (already finished and published on the DBL since April 2021) and once it was published, we could make some changes (in YouVersion we saw several errors, and we corrected them by making reeditions).

Now, we detected a numeration error in psalms, and I wanted to correct it. I re-installed Paratext (9.2) and I got logged in with my account. But I can’t access to the project. It says: “No projects shared with anon773831 Fernandez found. The administrator must configure sharing using Project > Project Settings > User Permissions.”
My problem is that I’m the administrator of the project, and I can’t manage the settings if I can’t access before ^^’’

Do you know what I’m doing wrong, or what can I do?
Thank you so much

Do you have the project on your machine already? If so, could you try deleting it (if you are sure there are no local changes you need to keep)?

I had, yes (I downloaded it from paratext and I had it as a non-registered progect). I’ve eliminated it, and I’ve re-installed Paratext. It happens the same.

Now, the good nows is that I have access to it on Paratext Lite. I’ve made the changes there, but (bad news) I don’t find a way in the app to synchronize the text with the DBL as a new revision

(Thank you so much… and sorry, I feel like I’m a bore )

Can you explain what this means? How did you get it from Paratext as a non-registered project? You said you downloaded it, but it couldn’t have come from the S/R server, so where did it come from?

Are you getting it from the DBL first? If so, then try not doing that. You can’t have the same project as a resource and an editable project at the same time.

You’re not a bore. We like helping people (if/when we can).

Uh, I haven’t explained myself well.
I meant that I downloaded it from the DBL. But when opening the downloaded project on Paratext, it doesn’t appear the project as an option to “Restore in”.

So I can only open it as a new project (as a “not registered” project. I tried to save it with the same name (I had to try), but it’s not possible

Hi again!
Just in case somebody else is in the same situation…
I finally logged in Paratext with other account, and it worked.
Now, days later, I did it again with my own account… and it magically worked too!
I don’t know what happened
But thank you so much for the help

Are you using the internet Send/Receive server? I can still see your project (ABGS) there (and on the Registry) so everything looks correct.

If checking your S/R settings doesn’t help, please use Help > Give feedback so we can look into it.

Yep, I think I’m doing. With internet connected and the firewall disabled.

I’ve just used the “Give feedback” now (PTXS-30215). Thank you
