@anon191680, I noticed that the link you are trying to go to is paratext.org/support which forwards to https://paratext.org/paratext-help-and-support. Does going directly to the correct place work?
If not, what is the error that you are getting (the part of the image that is cut off)?

Hi anon291708. I have clicked on link but still haven’t access.

Do other websites open OK?

Is paratext.org blocked for some reason?

What if you change your DNS to 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare) or 8.8.8.8 (Google)?

The other websites are working well.
Edited: It’s working by using VPN now.

Hello LivingField. The other wedsites are ok. I try to do 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 still can’t access.

@anon191680, Most people seem to be accessing the website fine, so I suspect it’s a problem on your end. Could you try a VPN like @anon952029 did? If that works, then I’m guessing your internet provider is blocking it.

It is working fine for me. Was it a temporary thing? Can you access it now?

That’s strange. Maybe try the full address: https://www.paratext.org?
If you click the padlock in the left corner of the address bar, what does it say?

Unfortunately, no padlock in the address bar.

@anon952029, A quick search suggests that your problem might be related to having both a wired and WiFi connection active at the same time. See this post.
